110 PEOPLE DEAD IN LAST 48 HOURS

A severe drought is threatening the lives of millions of people across Somalia. Somalia’s Prime Minister said Saturday that 110 people have died from hunger in the past 48 hours in a single region, reported AP.

The death toll is from the Bay region in the southwestern part of the nation. The United Nations estimated 5 million people need aid.

Somolia Famine Killed 260,000, While Obama's Administration Gave Tens of Millions to Muslim Terrorists

The 2011 Somali famine reportedly killed 260,000, half of them aged five and under, reported the Associated Press.

It was reported that the death toll was exacerbated by the slow responses of the international community, but also because al-Shabab terrorists blocked food aid deliveries to south-central Somalia.

When asked about the report, Somalia Health Minister Maryan Qasim Ahmed said she didn't want to comment until she read the report.
